The skin tones are known to be extremely true, making this film very special. Of course you can cool down the look of the skin and image depending on the light and presets you are working with. Kodak Portra is perfect for any photography.

This preset delivers an incredible balance of contrast and saturation. The reds shine, helping to make the skin tones very true to life. This is one of Jose’s favorite presets to use outside in very bright light or in a ballroom with ambient light and flash photography.

FTLOF Jose often edits his scans. This set builds off of the standard presets but includes Jose’s typical adjustments to minimize grain, downplay colorcast in shadows and add a little punch to the black. |
SMOOTH Retaining the magic of the film but designed to take advantage of the digital playing field. The smooth variety removes all hints of grain, adds a true black point and renders smoother gradients in the shadows. |
