CAMERA GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN: One prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner. The DVLOP "Sony A7III Giveaway" (the "Giveaway") begins at 10:00 AM PST on December 19, 2018, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PST on December 26, 2018.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway is open to all internet participants 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, distributors, retailers, licensors, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, “Sponsor’s Entities”) (and the immediate family members, including parents, spouses, children, and siblings, of all of the foregoing) are not eligible to participate or win.

3. HOW TO ENTER: The Giveaway is an electronic and random drawing, sponsored by DVLOP, Chris Burkard Photography and Adorama (“The Sponsors”). To enter the Giveaway online you must connect to the Internet through an Internet access provider and follow the directions listed above. No purchase necessary to enter.

All submitted valid entries will be combined into one Giveaway drawing. All Internet entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PST on December 26, 2018. Participants may submit only one entry per day during the Giveaway and the submission of more than one entry by a participant per day may void all entries from that participant. The Sponsors not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries. Entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Instagram submission.

4. GIVEAWAY DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: During the week of January 1, 2019, one potential winner will be selected by DVLOP in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be sent their prize-winning notification via electronic mail (e-mail) or Instagram Direct Message. The prize winner has 10 days from date of receipt to claim his/her prize or an alternate winner will be selected. If a selected potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not comply with these official rules, fails to claim a Prize, fails to return the completed and executed prize release forms as required, or if the prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected.

5. PRIZES AVAILABLE: One Prize of an Sony Alpha a7 III 24MP UHD 4K Mirrorless Digital Camera (Body Only) will be awarded through this Giveaway, with a total estimated retail value of $1,998.00 US. With the exception of product warranties that may be provided by the manufacturer of a Prize, all Prizes are provided as is, without any express or implied warranties. The odds of winning are based on the total number of qualified entries received.

6. WINNER: Winner will be announced the week of January 1, 2019.

7. MISCELLANEOUS: The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Giveaway will be disqualified, and The Sponsors reserve their right to seek damages from any person to the fullest extent of the law. By entering the Giveaway or participating in any Giveaway or prize-related activity, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless The Sponsors, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, retail dealers and agents, from any injury, claim, loss or damages of any kind that may arise out of participation in the Giveaway or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of Prizes. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of The Sponsors which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

8. TAX INFORMATION: All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable.

9. GENERAL INFORMATION: This Giveaway is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be decided by The Sponsors. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of California and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of California.
